Trust Litigation
Trustees and executors are responsible for properly administering the estates of the deceased.  When the trustee or executor does not properly carry out his.her responsibilities they become liable to the heirs and beneficiaries who are supposed to receive the assets of the trust or estate.

Financial Elder Abuse
The law recognizes that people who are 65 years of age and older can become the subject of financial abuse; the abuse may take a number of forms: 

• A health care provider obtains compensation or property in eccess of  the value of services rendered;
• A relative, friend or advisor takes unfair use of their position to obtain property or things of value that are not in keeping with the relationship;
• An institution obtains donations of assets that compromise the donor's ability to maintain his/her own life style, or in contradiction to other professed desires of the donor.

The law provides for significant penalties when it is found that a senior citizen has been the victim of such abuse
